Important Information
For all wedding services:
Transportation fee: Charged separately based on the event location.
Parking costs: Covered by the client if applicable.
Booking policy: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the date.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
1.Booking and Payments:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The deposit is non-refundable as it reserves the date and team of artists
2.Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event can apply the deposit to a future booking within the next 6 months, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
3.Modifications:
Changes to the date, time, or location must be requested at least 14 days in advance. Additional fees may
apply.
4.Refunds:
Payments are non-refundable except in cases of provider unavailability due to exceptional circumstances.
